Business Development Manager (Sr. Manager)

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Defines business development objectives and targets of the Region in accordance with Company Business Strategic Plans
*
Follows up the financial results of the Region operation including order, sales, and margin
*
Establish relationship with Customers, and Partners
*
Ensures that projects execution is implemented within budget, schedule, and quality
*
Coordinates with client during the projects execution for receivable, quality of services and customers satisfaction
*
Reports to CEO
*
Evaluate and approve project risk management documentation
*
Managing the closed projects including their accrued expenses, provisions, and warranty period (if any)
*
Evaluate and qualify business opportunities, build customer relationships, drive the sales cycle in order to secure orders

Requirements:

*
Male/female, graduated from reputable university in Electrical or Physics
*
Minimum 10 years working experience in handling project for Oil & Gas company
*
Fluent in English is a must
*
Strong communication and negotiation skill
*
Enormous network business in east Indonesia area
*
An excellence computer skill
*
High level skill in managing people, solving problem
*
Good interpersonal skill
